Part of the power of aerial photos is in being able to fully show off not just the property itself, but the area nearby and any local selling points. In this case, the selling points were a local shopping area center, a hilltop park and a light rail station under construction.
This property was small, but had a very well-landscaped yard and is well located. The problem is, how do you show this in an online listing? Aerial photography is the best answer. In this case, the broker hired me to take pics of all the property along with the nearby places of interest.
